How Do You Leave?

We are taught at such a young age to seek security in all that we do and never rock the boat. We have normalized anxiety, panic attacks, and exhaustion in the rush to keep up with our 40, 60, 80 hour work week, right up until we die. Our lives revolve around two week vacations,  a 401k, a pension, and the “possible” end of year bonus if you are lucky. The things we “should” care about have been drilled into our heads for so long that our daily mental struggle has become unbearable. So, how do you leave? How do you stay curious about what your calling is and listen to that voice inside your heart that is telling you this is not the life for you? I’ve been there, and today I am here to talk about acknowledging what is not working and how to figure out what’s next.
